ملخص البحث
 إن اللغة العربية مفتاح لفهم كتاب الله سبحانه، ونزول القرآن بها أعظم فخر لها وتشريف لها، واللغة قد دخلت في إندونيسيا مع دخول الإسلام فيها القرن الأول الهجري، فأصبحت تدرس المؤسسات التعليمية، أو الجامعات، المعاهد الإسلامية وحتى المدارس العامة، ومنها المدرسة الثانوية وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الكفاءات الأساسية المطلوبة المنهج الدراسي لتعليم وصف مدى تناسب بالمعايير المنصوصة (الإطار المرجعي الأروبي المشترك)، وسلك الباحث منهج الوصف التحليلي، وأما نتائج فهي: وبعد أن تم التحليل للكفاءات الفصل العاشر على أساس الإطار المشترك تبين ذاك يبدأ من كفاءة A1ثم،A2 ، ثم c1، ولم تطلب B1 وB2 مباشرة .C1 والكفاءات فصل الحادي عشر : A1،A2 ،B1 B2، تصل C1، ولكن تبدأ تنزل A1، ترتقي مرة أخرى B1، A2. الثاني عشر:A1، وB1، إلا أنها ب A1. العامة لا تتوازن المستويات الموجودة الأوروبي المشترك.
